Here's what actually happens to your bag: we weigh it at the counter (that's the whole price — by the pound, no per-item surprises), sort it, wash and dry it in our Speed Queen and Dexter machines, and fold it on the long counters by the dryers. It comes back as a neat, bagged stack — shirts folded, socks paired as well as your socks allow.
